Unless other arrangements are made, payment for services is due at the time of treatment.
We accept cash and checks. We also accept all major health care plans!
Under our Occupational Medicine Services program, arrangements can be made to establish an account for accredited businesses, as determined on a case-by-case basis.
Insurance Coverage
Most insurance covers a portion of your bill. Traditionally, you are responsible for paying the deductible and a percentage of other costs. Deductibles and co-payments are generally collected at the time of admission.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company for you. You should receive copies of the visit statement sent to your insurer. This statement shows you the cost of your visit.
Your insurance is an agreement between you and the insurance company. We bill your insurance company to assist you, but you are responsible for assuring that payments are made. Please remember that even the best insurance coverage does not limit your responsibility for your bill. If the company pays less than is expected, you are responsible for the unpaid balance. The remaining balance must be paid within 90 days of visit unless other arrangements have been made with the Business Office.
